Always looking ahead, she also led the organization’s migration to cloud services, adopting MS 365 and Teams Phone to enhance accessibility, collaboration, and security.
Recognizing the growing role of intelligent tools in healthcare, she introduced and onboarded AI solutions into behavioral health practice, helping clinicians reduce administrative burden and increase meaningful patient engagement. Their foresight also drove the development of robust telehealth policies and infrastructure preparation that proved mission-critical during the COVID-19 pandemic.
