Dr. Gregory is a board-certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist and Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine who earned her medical degree in 2000 from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her adult psychiatry residency at Henry Ford Hospital, followed by a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at Wayne State University, which she completed in 2005.
Since completing her fellowship, Dr. Gregory has practiced psychiatry throughout Michigan in a wide range of clinical settings, including inpatient and partial hospitalization programs, school-based psychiatric consultation services with Oakland Schools and individual school districts, and outpatient care. She owned and operated a private practice in Macomb County until 2019, providing comprehensive psychiatric services to children, adolescents, and families. In addition to her clinical work, she served as a preceptor for family practice residents at Beaumont Hospital during their psychiatric rotations, contributing to the education and training of future physicians.
From 2017 through 2025, Dr. Gregory served as a Medical Director at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, where she provided clinical leadership and oversight. She currently serves as Chief Medical Officer and continues her work as a Child Psychiatrist.
Outside of her professional life, Dr. Gregory enjoys traveling, painting, scuba diving, and skiing. She lives in Royal Oak with her partner, Allen, her children, two dogs, and their cat, Bubba.
