Intensive Outpatient Services

This program is tailored to the person’s needs and includes weekly meetings over an 8 to 12 week duration. The program also includes family support services, access to psychiatric evaluation with medication management, and social support services.

Program Services Include:

  • Immediate attention to your most pressing needs by caring, high qualified behavioral health professionals.
  • Connection with a Case Manager to help you and your family navigate treatment concerns.
  • Clinical services in collaboration with other healthcare providers promoting your positive health.
  • Peer Support Partners who understand and will help you with life challenges.
  • Connection to vital community resources including supported employment, housing, rehabilitation, and recreation for positive community living.
