Easterseals MORC’s Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) provides a comprehensive array of services necessary to create access, stabilize people in crisis, and provide the appropriate treatment for those with substance use and mental health disorders. These services are provided regardless of ability to pay or insurance status.
As one of only a handful of CCBHCs in Michigan, our goal is to provide comprehensive outpatient mental health and substance use services that are person-centered, trauma-informed and evidence-based. Easterseals MORC is committed to delivering services that are flexible and mobile to adapt to the specific and changing needs of every individual.

Who is served with CCBHC?
CCBHCs are available to anyone who walks in the door, no matter their ability to pay or insurance status. We are proud to offer these at our Oakland and Macomb county locations!

- Outpatient mental health and substance use services
- Screening, assessment and diagnosis, including risk management
- Primary care screening and monitoring
- Targeted case management
- Psychiatric rehabilitation services (daily living skills)
- Medication Assisted Treatment
- Youth and family support services
- Adult and youth peer recovery services
- Community-based mental health care for members of the armed forces and veterans
- Crisis mental health services
- 24-hour mobile crisis teams
- Emergency crisis intervention
- Crisis stabilization
- Connections with other providers and systems including criminal justice, education, foster care, child welfare, primary care facilities and hospitals
