We never want to cost to prevent your access to care. This is why we have a sliding fee scale. The scale adjusts fees for medical, mental health, and other services according to your documented income and household size.
Many of our programs are available regardless of insurance coverage or ability to pay. We offer a sliding fee scale for most services for individuals without insurance, and for services not covered by commercial insurance. Please note that some programs are limited to specific insurance types. For more information, call 1.800.75.SEALS.
