Leann - Flint Headshot

I am a Behavioral and Mental Health Clinician with more than 10 years of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based care to children, adolescents, adults, and families across clinical, school, and community settings. I specialize in trauma-informed, culturally informed, and person-centered care, helping individuals and families build resilience, strengthen relationships, and achieve meaningful, lasting change.
I earned a Master of Social Work from Michigan State University, a Master of Arts in Family Life Education from Western Michigan University, and specialized training in Alcohol and Drug Abuse. I also hold a Provisional Infant Mental Health Endorsement, reflecting my commitment to promoting healthy early childhood development and strengthening caregiver-child relationships.
As a Home-Based Behavioral Health Clinician with Easterseals MORC, I provide individual, family, and group therapy, conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with families, schools, and community partners to coordinate care. My professional background also includes school-based mental health, autism support and ABA navigation, family engagement, school social work, substance use counseling, and victim advocacy.
In addition, I am a Mom Power Facilitator, leading/co-leading an attachment-based parenting program for pregnant individuals and caregivers of children from birth to age six. Through this work, I support families in building secure attachments, strengthening parenting skills, and fostering healthy social-emotional development.
My goal is to provide culturally responsive, strengths-based care that empowers individuals and families to heal, grow, and thrive.

As a Behavioral Health Clinician, I provide therapy and care coordination for a diverse population of children, adolescents, and adults. My clinical focus includes adolescents in a school based setting, alongside the treatment of anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, and PTSD.
I obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Oakland University. I graduated from Wayne State University with a Master’s Degree in Social Work and have been working in the mental health field since 2012 with a focus on children and adolescents.
I utilize a strengths-based and person-centered approach to therapy to ensure that your experiences and story remain in the forefront during your healing journey.
My specialties include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

My name is Sydney Earle and I am a Limited Licensed Master of Social Work (LLMSW). I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and family systems. I am a firm believer that my clients and their families are the experts of their own lives and experiences. I hold a safe space for my clients and their families to be their authentic self while in session. I am a strength-based social worker who has a passion for supporting my clients and their families through grief and loss, ADD/ADHD, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, parenting, and family dynamics. I enjoy building relationships with my clients and their families while utilizing CBT, play therapy, art therapy, music therapy, and mindfulness techniques.

As a Licensed Limited Psychologist (LLP), I am dedicated to helping children and families build hope, resilience, and confidence through compassionate, individualized care. I provide home-based therapy for children experiencing ADHD, trauma, emotional and behavioral challenges, and other complex mental health needs. By meeting families in their own environment, I strive to create a safe, supportive space where children feel understood and empowered to grow.
I believe that every child has unique strengths, and I take a relationship-based, trauma-informed approach that recognizes the impact of each child's experiences while focusing on their potential. Using evidence-based interventions, I work with children to develop emotional regulation, coping skills, problem-solving abilities, positive behavior, and healthy relationships. I also partner closely with caregivers, recognizing that lasting progress happens when families feel supported, heard, and equipped with practical tools they can use in everyday life.
My goal is to help children feel successful not only in therapy but at home, in school, and within their communities. I value collaboration, empathy, and authenticity, and I am committed to creating meaningful, lasting change by helping children build on their strengths, overcome challenges, and develop the confidence to reach their full potential.

Hi, I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) based in the state of Michigan. I received my master's degree from Spring Arbor University in Michigan in 2004. I have been practicing for 22 years, primarily with non-profit organizations. I have been working at Easterseals MORC since 2009. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults, and I am currently working with children and adolescents aged 5-17. I am working in a home-based setting as well as collaborating with the local schools my clients attend. I have a variety of experiences, including infant mental health, working with infants aged 0-3 years old, and the juvenile justice system, working with adolescents aged 11-17 years old who are being monitored by the courts.

My name is Megan Hill, and I am a School-Based Behavioral Health Clinician at Fenton High School. I work with students who have mild to moderate behavioral health needs. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2014 from Baker College and my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University in 2025. Following this, I obtained my Limited License Professional Counselor (LLPC) from the state of Michigan. While I work with adolescents in my current role, I have a wide variety of experience with populations of varying ages dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, life transitions, anger, grief, etc.
Although I am CBT oriented, I do provide an eclectic approach based on client needs. I practice from a person-centered approach, meaning I guide clients in taking the lead and finding their own solutions, as I believe you are the expert of your life. I have a variety of additional tools from modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solution-Focused (SF) that I also use to customize therapy to your unique needs.
I believe every human has strengths that can be accessed as well as the ability to improve your current circumstances. I’m committed to providing a safe, supportive, and validating environment where you are invited to participate in your own growth. Studies have shown that the greatest indicator of client success is the therapeutic relationship; therefore, it is my priority that you feel understood, connected, and engaged in the therapeutic process. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Michigan State University with a minor in Educational Studies. I received my Master of Social Work degree from Wayne State University with a dual-title in Infant Mental Health and have been a clinical social worker for 10 years."
My specialties include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Moral Recognition Therapy (MRT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). I use a combination of these therapies to help clients recognize their abilities and help them to navigate challenges.
My experience includes working with court-involved at-risk youth. I am passionate about supporting preteens and adolescents as they navigate transitions, uncertainty, and life skill development. I use a collaborative approach, partnering with families to empower them in both home and school environments. I am familiar with concerns related to anxiety, depression, ADHD, attachment, and familial relationship issues.

I specialize in working with children and young adults ages 4 - 25. I have 25 years' experience working with young people and their families in several different capacities in the community. I work hard at meeting clients and their families where they are to help motivate them to process change and happiness within their lives.
I graduated from Spring Arbor University in 2022 with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health. My approach to therapy is person-centered and strength-based, and I do my best to tailor treatment to the individual need of the person. I specialize in Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy. I would love to get certifications in both Art and Play therapy.
At Easterseals MORC, I currently work with families in home-based therapy where I motivate clients to be their best selves. A quote that I have held close to me since high school is "do your best, you owe it to yourself," and I often share this with clients.

I provide therapy, completes Intake Assessments and supervise those with an LLPC for licensing. I have almost a decade of experience working with young children, teens, adults and parents. I enjoy helping people discover their strengths and my therapy approaches include solution focused, person-centered, and cognitive behavioral approaches.
I earned a Bachelor’s in Marketing from Arizona State University and helped companies with the psychology of business. I have a Master’s in Counseling from Siena Heights University.
I enjoy serving my community and volunteering at many places, including animal shelters. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family, traveling, and being outdoors.

I am a School-Based Behavioral Health Clinician with Easterseals MORC, providing individual therapy to children and adolescents at Grand Blanc West Middle School since January 2024. In this role, I work closely with students, families, teachers, and school staff to help address emotional and behavioral concerns, strengthen coping skills, and support students both in and out of the classroom.
I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Denver and my Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Colorado State University Global Campus. I am a Licensed Limited Master Social Worker (LLMSW) in Michigan and hold credentials as both a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) and Child Mental Health Professional (CMHP). I have also completed training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
Prior to becoming a clinician, I spent five years working in child welfare, supporting children and families affected by trauma, abuse, neglect, and other complex life challenges. That experience provided a strong foundation for my clinical work with children and adolescents facing trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, behavioral difficulties, and emotional regulation concerns. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), DBT-informed interventions, and trauma-informed, strengths-based practices.
What I enjoy most about this work is helping young people feel heard, supported, and capable of overcoming challenges. I am currently working toward full clinical licensure in Michigan while continuing to expand my clinical knowledge and skills.

I am a limited license MSW Home-Based Clinician (LLMSW). In addition to my MSW degree from Louisiana State University, I have a master’s degree in Personality and Social Psychology research from Oakland University. Being able to read and understand research and apply it to practice is important to me. I also strive to be a well-rounded clinician by seeking training and certification opportunities, and I have been trained in CBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Exposure & Response Prevention, and mindfulness-based strategies.
Prior to earning my MSW, I worked in a psychiatric hospital for a year, primarily working with teen boys and men with mood and/or psychotic disorders, and this experience helped me grow significantly as a person and as a mental health worker. I am also a certified professional dog trainer (CPDT-KA and AKC CGC Evaluator).
