Meet Elizabeth!

Elizabeth was born with cerebral palsy, a group of movement disorders that limit her mobility. She enjoys being active in school and in the community, so her parents turned to the Easterseals MORC's Miracle League of Michigan as a great way for Elizabeth to socialize with other children while also working on strengthening her motor skills. In addition to playing baseball, she also loves to dance! Last year we launched our new dancing program and Elizabeth was one of the first to sign up!

She has performed at numerous Easterseals MORC events and dance recitals.

When asked about the dance program, Elizabeth says, “The dance class gives me a sense of belonging, and I love dancing with my peers.”

Elizabeth has also been featured numerous times on television and radio. She is very outgoing and loves meeting new people.
